More than 150 AIM managers accepted our invitation to the AIM event on 14.6.2023. On the topic of "Business Transformation - The current challenges for your own company", we had the pleasure of welcoming three exciting and charismatic speakers. Patrik Meli, CEO of MAN Energy Solutions Switzerland, impressively showed how an industrial company with a long history is continuously transforming itself and establishing its location in the city of Zurich thanks to constant innovation.
Thomas Küchler, CEO of Schweizerische Südostbahn AG, gave a rousing presentation on the changes in rail operations and the challenges and networking of all transport in Switzerland.
Before the panel discussion, initiated by Stefan Holenstein, Renato Fasciati, CEO of Rhätische Bahn AG, showed how the idea culture and change management works at his company and how the idea for the recent world record came about.
The exciting discussions among all guests and speakers and the networking continued at the subsequent cocktail reception and under the beautiful sunset over Lake Zurich.
