With André Meier (59), one of the most distinguished personalities in the field of interim management will become a partner and member of the board of directors of aim ad interim management ag (AIM AG), the leading industry company and provider in Switzerland, on 1 September 2022. With his move to AIM AG, he brings his extensive expertise in the field of interim management and his large network both in the SME world and in listed companies to AIM AG's broad portfolio of competencies.
André Meier has over 25 years of operational and strategic management experience with a wide range of assignments, particularly in change management and interim management, which have taken him not only to Switzerland but also to Germany, Austria and Russia. He is currently also Chairman of the Board of Directors of an energy supply company in the Canton of Aargau.
He has a basic technical education and is a qualified business economist. As managing director, production manager, head of quality management and head of customer service, he has many years of proven management experience, also as an interim manager, for market-leading companies in many sectors. In addition, an advisory role ideally rounds off his extensive field of activity.

aim anniversary event 21.09.2021
The traditional aim event in 2021 was held under a
very special star: it was the anniversary event, postponed due to the Corona
pandemic, on the occasion of the now more than 20-year existence of aim ag.
A record attendance of over 150 aim network partners gathered in the spacious and inviting museum hall of the AIR FORCE CENTER in Dübendorf ZH on the evening of 21 September 2021. The entire aim team thanked its network partners for their successful efforts and for the good and trusting co-operation during the not always easy time of the pandemic over the past 18 months.
The two presentations by Bernd Bauer, CEO Edelweiss Air AG, and Alex Bristol, CEO Skyguide, on the management of the Corona crisis and the continuing high economic pressure on the airline industry and air navigation services were a highlight (see the two presentation attachments). At Edelweiss Air, for example, there was a two-month complete standstill in 2020 as a result of the crisis, while Skyguide had to control almost 70% fewer flights in the first half of 2021 than in the first half of 2019. The lively discussion between the aim network partners and the two speakers testified to the extremely great interest in the topic and its actuality.
The beautiful and memorable anniversary event was rounded off with a short speech by Christoph Schmid, owner of the new cooperation partner CGZ Consulting Group Zürich AG, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of aim, followed by an extended and dignified aperitif rich in the Flieger Flab Museum.

- 20 years of aim ag since December 2020. It is expanding its core competence
as a leading Swiss interim management provider through a partnership with the
renowned CGZ Consulting Group Zurich AG (CGZ).
In addition
to the excellent interim management professionals from aim ag with extensive management
and project management experience, we can also offer now our customers experts
and industry-experienced consultancy specialists from CGZ who are deployed as
"consultants on demand" for specific problems. This

Markus Lüscher (56), who to this day mainly works as an interim manager, will become a partner at aim ad interim management ag, the leading company in the interim management sector in Switzerland, on January 1, 2021. As Group CFO in numerous companies, as head of various complex projects and crisis manager, he has many years of proven industry experience.
With the move to aim ag, Markus Lüscher, a trained businessman and business economist, brings his vast expertise in interim management and his broad network both in the SME world and in listed companies into the aim ag's portfolio of expertise . He has meanwhile 25 years of operational and strategic management experience a. in industry, in vehicle technology, in the food industry, in rail transport or in the medtech sector. Over 130 aim-network partners participated in the aim event of June 13, 2018.
In a brief review, the aim-team presented the course of business and the activities 2017. The consistent implementation of the marketing strategy, the high quality as a differentiating feature as well as the advancing internationalization and digitisation will also be the focus of 2018.
The lecture was a special "high light". Dr. Patrik Schellenbauer, chief economist and deputy Director, Avenir Suisse, presented the "Six scenarios for the future" in public for the first time from the still-fresh "Swiss white paper". The basis for a very excited discussion was thus laid.

Around 130 aim network partners were invited by the aim-team on the evening of 6 June 2017 to the traditional aim-event – like last year in the dignified Kultur- und Kongresshaus Aarau.
In a brief review, the aim-team presented the business and activities in 2016. For example, the consistent implementation of the marketing strategy, the high quality as a differentiation feature and the progressive internationalisation of aim ag were highlighted. In the part of the outlook 2017, the focus was on the implementation of co-branding with tmg, the growth strategy and the expansion of new, synergetic business areas.
The conclusion of the official part was the gripping speech by Prof. Dr. Hannes P. Lubich, Professor of ICT System & Service Management at the Institute for Mobile and Distributed Systems, FHNW, on the current and explosive topic «Security in the Digital World». Afterwards the participants used the networking on the occasion of the apéro riche in the extended framework.
